IOMAC Proceedings

Ordering of proceedings for the past IOMAC conferences and meetings has 3 easy steps:

  1. Customer Information: Provide your personal information and select the products you wish to order on the form below this text.

  2. Order Review and Print: Review your order and print it.

  3. Send order: Supply your credit card details and your signature on the printed copy and send the order to the IOMAC secretariat by mail or fax.

Your order must be paid with credit card. Accepted cards are Eurocard/Mastercard and Visa.

Your order has not been placed before we have received the order, provided with your signature and credit card details. It is NOT enough to fill out the fields on this homepage.
